This rate, visible in the profile file of each of your profiles, is a visual indicator of a profile's degree of engagement to your brand.
This algorithm eases marketeers do the distinction between highly engaged profiles and less engaged profiles that could be targeted by a reactivation campaign.

It also provides them with a useful view of the evolution of profile interaction on their campaigns, enabling them to measure the evolution of the impact of these campaigns on profiles.

This calculation method enables Actito to generate a set of 4 scores (Lifetime value, Anti-churn, Product appeal and Category appeal). They are calculated on the basis of data collection and processing.
