Reporting

The Reporting module gives you an overview of your pass activity over time. To access it, go to Hub > Wallet > Reporting.

Summary​

At the top of the page, a summary card displays three key metrics for the current selection:

  • Added: the total number of passes that have been added to a wallet.
  • Removed: the total number of passes that have been removed from a wallet.
  • In wallet: the number of passes currently active in a wallet (added minus removed).

Filters​

You can refine the data displayed using the filters available on the left side of the screen:

  • Profile table: filter the report by the profile table associated with the passes.

Activities chart​

The Activities chart displays the number of passes added and removed over time, broken down by the period you select.

You can adjust the time granularity and scope of the chart using the controls at the top right:

  • Day: select a particlar day to display
  • Month: select the month to display
  • Year: select the year to display
tip

Use the Day view to identify specific dates with unusually high addition or removal activity — useful for correlating pass activity with campaign send dates.

Export​

You can export the chart using the Exports button at the top right of the Activities section. Three formats are available:

  • Print chart: opens a print-ready version of the chart.
  • SVG: downloads the chart as a scalable vector graphic.
  • PNG: downloads the chart as a PNG image.
