Whether you want to condense the content of an SMS campaign or write a powerful e-mail subject, the use of AI services are at your disposal.

The license parameters app allows you to manage the services powered by OpenAI.

By clicking on the 'My license parameters' app in the License configuration platform, the 'Admin' users of the license has the choice to disallow the services powered by OpenAI.

To disallow the services powered by OpenAI, click on 'Edit'.

Then, check the 'No' box. Do not forget to click on 'Save' for the parameterization change to take effect.

Once these services are deactivated, the AI buttons will be disabled for the user interface and no call to Open AI would be possible.
