Custom tables
As a marketer, the effectiveness of your communications depends on the quality of your data. Actito lets you build a custom data model that accurately reflects your the business activity of your company, while giving you complete autonomy: manage, target, and leverage your data directly, without having to rely on your technical team.
This model is a star model centered on profiles (whether it be clients, readers, or any other definition specific to you).
This "Profile Centric" data model puts the profile table at the center of the model. Additional tables containing useful data for your business (order history, website visits, reservations, etc.) will gravitate around this profile table. These additional tables can be directly (or indirectly) attached to the profile table. They are called "Custom Tables".
This star model gives you a 360° view of your profiles. You maintain control over all your data to create highly precise targeting, personalize your messages, easily automate your marketing workflows, and much more.
The comprehensiveness of the data model allows you to easily reach various data sources and to manage them directly, without depending on your technical team.
The star model gives you the possibility to:
- Define, create and modify tables
- Populate these custom tables (via the Actito interface or via Webservices)
- Export the content of these tables
- View the structure of this data model via the Datamart Studio module
- Use these data for targeting, personalization and automation purposes, anywhere in Actito!
The Tables data module (Hub > Data > Tables data) enable you to:
- See the list of existing tables
- See the data of each table
- Import data
The Tables structure module (Hub > Data > Tables structure) enables you to:
- Create a table (using a template or a JSON file)
- View the table structure
- Download the table definition
- Update the table definition
