Email Campaigns

Email campaigns allow you to communicate with your profiles in a personalized and engaging way, whether for one-off communications or as part of more complex customer journeys.

Fully integrated with Actito, the email channel offers you great flexibility in designing your messages, while benefiting from the platform's key features: advanced personalization, performance analysis, precise targeting, and integration with scenarios.

Actito offers you various options for creating your email campaigns:

  • Using (dynamic) HTML templates: which allows you to compose a message by simply dragging and dropping predefined blocks, leaving you to determine the content. You can choose from a library of predefined Actito templates representing the most most frequently used email types, or use templates tailored to your needs.

Our teams can also create templates adapted to your needs, for instance to fit your graphical charter or to include additional blocks matching your specifications.

  • Importing an HTML file or coding your own HTML: which allows you to create your own HTML code, , while still benefiting from Actito's exclusive applications, such as customization, or opening and clicks reports.

Your email campaigns can either be sent to a set of profiles designated by targeting to initiate a one-off interaction, or or they can be activated and included in a scenario to build multichannel, automated dialogues (with more opportunities for interaction).

To define an email campaign, go to the Email Campaigns module (Hub > Email Campaigns > Email Campaigns).

Using templates is the simplest way to build your campaign: no technical knowledge is required, allowing you to focus fully on the content and performance of your messages.
