Actito's interface is designed to be intuitive and code-free, allowing you to create and manage your campaigns independently and without technical complexity. One goal: allowing you to focus on what matters most, your marketing activities.

Thanks to a clear organization, you can easily access your data, communication channels (email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.), as well as automation and reporting tools.

Designed to be data-driven, Actito provides you with key statistics and indicators at your fingertips to help you manage your marketing activities and make the best marketing decisions.

In short, Actito offers you a simple, accessible, and user-friendly interface that supports you in your campaigns, from the simplest one-shot sending to the most complex multi-channel scenarios.

The platform is accessible through all browsers. However, the behavior and proper functioning of the screens are only guaranteed in the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

Accessing your Actito license

To log in to your license, simply follow the link you received when your account was activated.

The platform is available in three languages: English, French and Spanish. You can choose the language when you log into the licence:

When you log in to your Actito interface, you will see a screen consisting of three main elements, which you will encounter throughout your navigation of the platform :

The side menu

To the left of your screen, the quick menu will be displayed at all times, in order to let you directly access Actito's most frequently used applications.

The top bar

At the top of your screen, a navigation bar allows you to access various features at any time with a single click sush as the account management menu, your AIO assistant, Actito documentation, the notifications center, and direct access to our QNTM partners.

The main screen

This is the screen you use to navigate your Actito interface. Each application has its own screen with its own features.

Your Actito environment is designed to allow you to easily navigate from one application to another while maintaining constant access to your account and license settings.

Catalog

All the applications available in Actito are to be found in the catalog. Each of them has its own logo and name and they are all organized in categories.

My account

The account management menu is accessible at any time in the platform.

This menu allows you to contact Actito support, manage your account space, configure your license (if you have administrator access), monitor your license, and log out.

My Actito space

This section of the menu gives you access to various features, depending on your user access.

Regardless of your access level, you can access your account management menu, the Dashboard, and obtain information about your Actito customer account.

If you have administrator access, you will also have access to the license configuration menu.

Monitoring

My consumption

Only administrator users have access to this dashboard. The My consumption tab allows you to monitor your license usage. This means you can keep a constant eye on your usage and requirements.

My alerts

Within Actito, your campaigns, scenarios, and forms are linked together, so a change can have unexpected impacts. The My Alerts application helps you quickly detect these errors and identify their source, so you can easily correct them or deactivate unused elements.
