Manage my account
Accessing the menu "Manage my account"
You can access the menu Manage my account at any moment, via the taskbar that appears at the top of your license page.
In order to do that, you need to click on the pictogram with your initials, on the top right corner of your page.
As before, the window that will open will allow you to log out, but many additional features have been added.
The account management menu
The first section will give you a summary of the following information:
- The name of the license
- Your user name
- The time zone in which you are operating
- The date of your latest login
The features displayed in the menu will vary according to your user configuration in the license. You can find all related information in the tab Understanding the User Configurations.
Accessing your user
Click on the My User button to reach the information specific to your account within the license. This menu is divided into two sections.
About me
The first section is called "About me":
Personal data
The personal data summarizes the contact data associated to your account:
- Your username (login)
- Your name and first name
- Your e-mail address
- Your mobile phone number
- Your gender
Authorizations
This section details the authorizations associated to your account. In Actito, there are two different parameters which allow to define the authorization of an account.
- Rights configuration: the rights configuration is used to define which applications you can access. Each account is associated to only one rights configuration.
- Available entities: entities are used to partition the resources of a license. An account can access several entities. The default entity is highlighted in green and in bold.

The date and time of your latest connection is displayed below these sections.

The second section is called "Security & connection":
Authentication mode
Password
You can change your password directly in the interface. To do so, you will have to first of all enter your current password.
The password must have a minimum of 12 characters and include at least three different character types between:
- capital letters
- lower case letters
- numbers
- special characters
Accessing your account information
Your account information summarizes the data associated to your licence:
- Invoicing ID
- Customer name
- Subscription plan ID
- Your account manager: this is your point of contact for administrative questions related to your account
- Your support email address: this is your point of contact for questions related to the use of the platform
