License parameters
The license parameters module allows you to manage the services powered by OpenAI and the scope of interactions filtered by the tracking consent attribute.
By clicking on the "My license parameters" module in the License configuration platform, the "Admin" users of the license has the choice to disallow the services powered by OpenAI and to filter some interactions for tracking consent.
Privacy
Artificial intelligence is becoming a useful tool for marketers in plenty areas. Therefore, Actito gives the opportunity to use AI services of OpenAI directly in your license.
Whether you want to condense the content of an SMS campaign or write a powerful e-mail subject, the use of AI services are at your disposal.
To disallow the services powered by OpenAI, click on "Edit".
Then, check the "No" box. Do not forget to click on "Save" for the parameterization change to take effect.
Once these services are deactivated, the AI buttons will be disabled for the user interface and no call to Open AI would be possible.

E-mail campaigns
E-mail subject is an important stage when creating a campaign. It is this text that should attract the attention of your profiles and get them to open the e-mail.
Once you have written your e-mail, the AI services will suggest you three subjects based on the content of your e-mail to help you improve the performance of your campaigns.
SMS campaigns
Short and explicit messages have a greater impact on your profiles. You can easily condense them thanks to the OpenAI services provided by Actito.
When drafting your content, you will able to choose among three rewriting proposition made by OpenAI to reduce the size of your content.
Actito is not responsible for data you send to Open AI. Only the text you write for your e-mail and SMS campaign is sent to OpenAI. No personal data stored in the profiles and custom databases are sent to OpenAI.
Tracking consent scope
To filter some interactions type from a negative tracking consent, click on "Edit".
Check the "No" answer for interactions you want to filter when tracking consent is not granted (meaning that the interactions labelled as "No", will still be recorded when tracking consent is not given).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen settings comply with applicable regulations and your consent collection practices, not Actito's.
