In-App Campaigns
In-App messages allow you to engage profiles directly within your mobile application or website while they are actively using it.
These contextual and highly targeted messages are displayed to profiles during their browsing or usage session, making them an ideal solution to guide users, highlight new features, promote specific content, or encourage key actions at the most relevant moment.
The In-App channel is fully integrated into Actito, allowing you to design and trigger in-app messages entirely within your marketing activation tool.
You are able to include these messages into your multi-channel strategy by
- creating In-App campaigns directly in Actito,
- personalizing the content with data from your Data Model,
- sending one shot campaigns to a selection of profiles
- harnessing the results of these campaigns through the reporting and targeting features.
To access In-App campaigns, go to the In-App campaigns module (Hub > In-App campaigns > In-App campaigns).

In-App campaigns are an optional module that require an additional set-up, both on Actito and on your website/your app.
