Using WhatsApp campaigns in scenarios
In addition to mass WhatsApp campaign, you can also trigger this type of campaign by building personalized dialogues with the Actito Scenarios.
In your scenarios, you have access to an action block used to send a WhatsApp campaign.
Select the existing WhatsApp campaign that will be sent when a profile reaches the block. This campaign can either be in the drafts or already activated. If it is still in the drafts, it will have to be activated before the scenario can be activated.
You can now build complete journeys by using your different channels, depending on your profile's behavior, on filters or simply based on timing criteria!
