- present your loyalty program,
- foster the new customers to visit your website,
- thank the new customers for their first purchase,
- …
If you want to activate this template or any other Actito templates in your license, please contact your account manager.
Using the template scenario
To create and customize your scenario, go to the 'Manage Scenarios' app (Catalog > Automation > Manage Scenarios).
Click on 'Create a scenario'.
Once you have named and linked your scenario to your database, in the right-hand panel, you can select a template among the ones proposed by Actito.
The templates that you see in the right-hand panel, are the templates activated in your license. To activate one or several templates, please contact your account manager.
Choose the 'Welcome Program' template and click on 'Create'.
You will then have access to a pre-defined welcome program scenario that you can modify to link your e-mail campaigns to it and that you can customize to suits your needs.
By default, this scenario includes:
- A subscription start block: which triggers the scenario each time a profile subscribes to one of the subscription linked to the database of your license
- A first e-mail campaign sending block: to link to a welcome e-mail campaign created and activated beforehand. You can find more information on the creation of scenarized e-mail campaigns, here.
- A waiting block: whose timing has to be determined according to the futures actions of the life cycle you imagine for your profiles
- A targeting block: to target profiles who have/have not yet done the action of your choice (website visit, first purchase,…). This block is based on a saved targeting created beforehand. More information on saved targeting, here.
- A starting scenario block: that will send the profiles who made the action to another scenario
- A split A/B block: that will allow you to determine which of your campaigns has a bigger impact on your new clients
- Two e-mail campaign sending blocks: to test which of your messages has the bigger impact on your profiles
You can replace the start events block, according to your needs:
- A new profile block that will trigger the scenario when a new profile is created in the profile table
- An interaction block based on the commands, to welcome your new clients after their first purchase
- A targeting block to welcome again former inactive/unsubscribed profiles
- …
Once you have set up your scenario, you can save it and activate it.
